  Current Projects:
Is the expansion of Typha x glauca (hybrid cattails) internally or externally mediated? My mesocosm experiment at the UW-Madison Arboretum is testing how water-level manipulations might liberate enough phosphorus to enhance Typha growth in the absence of external inflows. Along with mesocosm experiments I'm doing field experiments on how to control and replace this invasive plant.
