PIC Staff

Sarah SwansonSarah Swanson, PIC Director, received her PhD at the University of California, Berkeley. She did her undergraduate studies in the Botany and Music Departments at UW-Madison and worked as a postdoc in the Biology Department at PennState University. She splits her time between assisting other researchers in the PIC and working in the Gilroy Lab studying plant cell signal transduction following hormonal or mechanical stimuli.
