Note: This clump-forming plant has an attractive foliage with silvery blotches on the leaves. These blotches resemble diseased lungs, hence the common name "Lungwort". Lungwort is suitable for ground cover, and in shaded areas of border fronts, edges, rock gardens, and woodland gardens. Prefers partly shady to shady, moist, well-drained, ordinary garden soil.
