Note: This medium-size tree with corky bark and irregular branches, is suitable for landescape and environmental planting. Cork Tree is recommended for areas where air pollution, poor drainage or drought are common. Its fruits are black and give off a strong odor. This plant has a tendency to become invasive. Prefers sunny, moderately dry, well-drained, ordinary garden soil.
