Note: This highly invasive water fern grows in moist soil or shallow water and it is suitable for water gardens. Plant in a medium pot in shallow or up to 12" of water. This fern usually floats on the water surface and has four-leaf clover effect. Water Fern makes a good transition plant for the edges of a pond and also provides excellent shade for fish. Prefers sunny to partly shady, wet, loamy soil.
