Note: This spreading, mat-forming plant has small, ornamental, fragrant flowers. Sweet Alyssum is suitable for edging, bedding, containers, and rock gardens. Because primarily thrives in cool conditions, it may fail to flower during hot Summer months. Sweet Alyssum should be cut back by 1/2 of its height after flowering. Monitor plant for damping off. Prefers sunny to partly shady, well-drained, moderately dry, ordinary garden soil.
