Note: Heliotrope is suitable for beddings, edging, containers, cut flower gardens, accents and as a house plant. Pinching the shoots of this plant will enhance bushiness. Removeal of spent flowers enhance additional flowering. Helotrope is cultivated in southern Europe for use in perfumeries. Monitor plant for mealy bugs, aphids, spidermites and whiteflies. Prefers sunny, moderately dry, well-drained, organic-rich soil.
