Note: This tree is suitable as a specimen flowering tree. Flowers are attractive to Ruby-Throated Hummingbirds. Seeds are poisonous. Monitor plant for leaf blotch, especially under dry soil conditions. Prefers sunny to partly shady, moist, well-drained, organic-rich soil.
