Habitat:  Sand beaches with well developed complex of primary, secondary and occasionally tertiary dunes and swales; infrequently with active blowouts. Often dominated by beach grasses. Local areas are narrow modern beaches and sea walls. Edge of natural lawn dominated by Calamovilfa longifolia in front of residence. Schizachyrium scoparium on dune crest near residential lawn. Calamovilfa longifolia abundant in residential lawn. Secondary dunes on low slope with open sand and Beach grass (Ammophila breviligulata) cover 25-50% cover. Residence with natural lawn. Cirsium pitcheri near edge of creek outlet [label truncated by printer?].
