Habitat:  On muck and algae of drying stream bed. A small, disturbed woodlot.
 
Text:  BER. Sterile, 13 prostrate stems. Leaves succulent, mostly entire, some lobed, none dissected. Broken leaves have spicy, hot smell as of cress or horseradish.
